Yes, we are NDIS accredited for all the services that we offer.
Do you accept aged care clients?
Yes, you can ask your aged care provider about getting in contact with us.
Do you accept private clients?
We do not currently accept private clients; we are looking to offer our services privately in the future.
Where are you based?
We currently operate across all of Sydney, with the base of operations in Northern Sydney. We will also be offering services in the Central Coast very soon!
What should I do if no one is available for my service time when I book?
You can check into the waiting list, and we will get in contact with you to set up your service.
Are your staff vaccinated?
Our staff members all abide by NSW Health Guidelines, please contact us if you require more details.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Yes, according to the stipulations of the NDIA. However, for some services there are exceptions that can be negotiated.
Is green waste disposal included in my Lawn service?
We use your council bins for green waste disposal; however, we can provide a separate quote for larger green waste removal needs.
Can you fix my plumbing or build me a deck?
Our handy people are limited to home maintenance, if the work requires a trade certification you will need to look elsewhere.
What is your NDIS rate?
We bill according to the standard NDIS rate for services.

What are your office hours?
We operate from 7:30am to 5:00pm every weekday.
Do you use sub-contractors?
No, all our staff members are dedicated Gusto’s employees.
How do I get a quote for services?
Our booking system can give you an accurate quote within minutes, give it a try! Our staff members are also ready to quote on site if necessary.
Can I choose my staff member?
Depending on staff availability that can be facilitated. We do our best to keep you with the same staff member consistently. However, we cannot guarantee staff exclusivity.
I would prefer a male/female staff member, can I have my preference?

Can you also do something else while you are at my place?
Yes, provided the staff member is comfortable with the task
Do you do any other tasks you do not list?
We are always open for the discussion! Our handy people focus on maintenance and repair, if your task falls in that category, we would be happy to facilitate.
Do you provide warranties?
No, our work is for repairs and small installations only.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer high quality service every time, in order to pay our staff fairly we do not offer individual discounts.
