We operate from 7:30am to 5:00pm every weekday.
Do you use sub-contractors?
No, all our staff members are dedicated Gusto’s employees.
How do I get a quote for services?
Our booking system can give you an accurate quote within minutes, give it a try! Our staff members are also ready to quote on site if necessary.
Can I choose my staff member?
Depending on staff availability that can be facilitated. We do our best to keep you with the same staff member consistently. However, we cannot guarantee staff exclusivity.
I would prefer a male/female staff member, can I have my preference?

Can you also do something else while you are at my place?
Yes, provided the staff member is comfortable with the task
Do you do any other tasks you do not list?
We are always open for the discussion! Our handy people focus on maintenance and repair, if your task falls in that category, we would be happy to facilitate.
Do you provide warranties?
No, our work is for repairs and small installations only.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer high quality service every time, in order to pay our staff fairly we do not offer individual discounts.
